On Friday, Dec. 23rd, I spoke to Shelly Tellingher about the excellent help we had from Karina, Nationwide Claims Adjuster. Restore Care contracted by her cleaned up the soot form the kitchen stove fire and Lee at Quality Cleaners cleaned the drapes, curtains and other linens. Within three days from the time Ruth Ann reported the fire to your office, we had a check in hand to pay for the damages and a clean, livable house right before Christmas.
I couldn’t believe how quickly things were taken care of! Thank you again for the way people contacted by your office were able to accomplish what was needed.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Sandy and she was so very helpful to me considering all of this insurance business is "Greek" to me being a widow. I was very pleased with the way she explained everything to me very thoroughly so I could grasp all of this new information not to mention saving me money. While I've know Michael and Michelle for years, I never took the opportunity to move my home and auto coverage to the Frailey Agency. This summer though I had the chance and worked with Sandy Haley. I was totally amazed at how easy Sandy made the process of getting my son off my policy and on to his own for his new truck. I like to use e-mail and was able to do everything that way. The new "docusign" made it very smooth. Thanks again Sandy for your help and will recommend you to everyone.

My husband and I would like to say how grateful we are to Michael Frailey and his excellent company for helping us out some years ago at a time of need in getting insurance for a property we bought in the Poconos. We live in the UK so it was a fast and furious time to get things sorted out with our properly before we returned to the UK. We wanted the home as a base for me as I am still a US citizen and we felt that if we had this property for a few years, it could work well and I could return and visit relatives and friends. Getting insurance was getting difficult until Michael Frailey stepped in and saved the day. We always dropped in on Michael on our visits abroad to pay our yearly renewal fee and he always made us feel right at home. We decided to finally sell our property last year and, again, Michael was there to help out and indeed the new buyer was able to obtain insurance also. It was the personal touch and genuine caring attitude of Michael Frailey and his team that impressed my husband and I in a day and age when things happen all too fast and without human contact a lot of times with technology on board. Seeing Michael's friendly face each year was excellent and if we had any queries, he would go the extra mile to answer them. Because we had to travel from the UK each year, each visit was somewhat rushed to get things done but Michael always took the stress off things. We knew we were in good hands. This company has a family-run background which makes it extra special. Michael is a solid citizen and community man with a deep love of his family and his country and is very astute in his workplace. I highly recommend Frailey Insurance and say ‘Thank You to Michael Frailey!’ He certainly was a port in a storm for us.

I was a little hesitant going into the conversation because my first thought was that my rate was going up, but thank God it was not the case. Sandy was very personable and easy to talk to; the way we talked was more like friends speaking than someone who wants to hassle you about your policy. She is a blessing and was able to give me information pertaining to my policy and also schooling and, life insurance, giving personal experiences. I learned a lot and I would recommend nationwide Frailey agency to anyone!!!

Just a little note to let you know how pleased I have been with Insurance and your office. I have been with Frailey Insurance for over six years. My husband and I have been with Nationwide ( Frailey Insurance Agency) since Summer 2009. Just to give anyone that is considering this agency for your insurance, these people are the best., they are like family to us, I have learning disabilities, which means I don’t understand or comprehend things as fast as other people normally do, There are 2 young ladies I want to tell you about, Sandy Haley and Yvonne Reitemeyer, they are both very knowledgeable, informative, kind, honest, lots of patience, they go above and beyond and take the time to help and make sure that I understand things and that means the world to me.
